Payments and refunds
Free access is provided via Trial for the configured period so the user can evaluate compatibility and functionality before purchase. If confirmed payment is received but paid access is not delivered due to the Operator’s fault, the user may request restoration or refund as required by law. Mandatory rights remain unaffected.
